Throughout life there are bumps along the road. Dr. Shepphird and Allen will identify the emotional triggers during the critical teens years, such as distress, anxiety, fear and sadness that may translate into live-long  physical and mental disorders.

In addition, they will discuss Dr. Shepphird’s newest book “100 Questions and Answers About Anorexia Nervosa” in which parents will find a complete guide to understanding the causes, warning signs, and diagnosis of anorexia, and includes practical suggestions on how to help their kids who may be suffering from anorexia, as well as the available treatment options.
